The Jedi Returns - again - hopefully for good this time...
I've been away about a month and a half now. I've just had other things to do and blogging on world events has become less of a priority. This doesn't mean by any stretch of the imagination that I don't try and keep up on what is happening in a world that seems to have a ever chaging geo-political climate, just that time is premium these days and I've slacked off. The jobs and classes keep me busy.
Irregardless though, I am going to try and get back into posting on a daily basis about what is going on around the world, but mainly with the Iran/North Korea nuclear situation and what is happening in the Middle East with Iraq and now the conflict between Israel and the Iranian proxy terrorist organization, Hezbollah; these are the issues, up against which decisions will be made that will mold the world as we know it for the next generation and beyond.
To begin such a journey though, one must begin here, with a article that Charles Krauthammer wrote this past week. He does a great job of cutting through all of the rhetoric and bull about "disproportionate responses" and gets to the heart of the matter.
Also keep in mind that as of this writing, Iran has 32 days to halt its nuclear proliferation or the United Nations Security Council will consider sanctions. (We've heard this before and so has Iran, things do not bode well...)
Until next time, at the same "bat blog" same "bat web address"
