I'm listening to Regan's 1st Inaugural Address, as delievered 25 years ago yesterday (I wasn't even born yet). I'm amazed, I really am. Within the first seven minuites of the address, Regan tackles problems that are still issues today, issues such as government spending and personal responsibility.
